I am delighted to participate in this forum. By many indicators, I can see how strongly interest in HR topics is growing in Uzbekistan. @The HR Forum presented interesting solutions for HR challenges: developing human capital in Kazakhstan, talent and leadership management, employee motivation, effective communications, HR tech, well-being, and more. In addition, new IT products in HR were demonstrated by companies from across the CIS. Participants shared HR management experience, discussed challenges, and exchanged insights into modern trends for retaining and motivating talent.
