    Naila Mammadova is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic human resources management across diverse industries such as telecommunications, retail, FMCG, and energy.

    She has held key leadership positions in renowned companies like Azercell Telecom, TeliaSonera, Metro Cash & Carry, and pladis. Naila has been with SOCAR Türkiye since 2018.

    She currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer at SOCAR Türkiye. She also serves as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at SOCAR Shipping Agency.

    She holds a bachelor’s degree in English Philology and Translation and an Executive MBA from Bosphorus University.
